It was only a month ago when the Spring 2007 couture collections were presented on the runway. Nominations for the 79th Academy Awards were announced at about the same time. Tonight, I spotted a few creations on the red carpet. Having heard about the extensive work that goes into the creation of a haute couture gown, being that it has to be hand sewn, work on the gowns must have started immediately and around the clock. just out of curiousity…which star do you think was the best dressed? I am absolutely in LOVE with Jennifer Lopez in Marchesa and Reese Witherspoon also looked great in Nina Ricci.
So what’s your opinion?

jeans, there was much to like!
i loved the looks from cate, nicole, jennifer lopez, reese, maggie, portia, gwyneth, penelope, and zhang ziyi.
off the red carpet, i loved the outfits from katie holmes and natalie portman.
disliked those of beyonce, kirsten, jennifer hudson and kelly preston.

awesome, I absolutely agree with you. Although i didn’t get a chance to see ziyi zhang, katie holmes or natalie portman. Where were you able to see them? I’d love to check them out:)

I loved Emily Blunt’s dresss. I think Style.com listed it as Calvin Klein, but going through some of the more recent fashion shows I was unable to find it…did you ever come across that dress?
