Remember this black dress from Zara?
I posted this a few months ago and mentioned that it seemed inspired. But I couldn’t pin it down to its origin. Well, thanks to the New York Post, my hunch has been confirmed. The dress was apparently inspired by this white dress (on the right) from Karl Lagerfeld, on sale at Intermix for $2000. The Zara dress (on the left)? $129.

I’m getting married in June, and my bridal shower is next week. I just bought a black sequined racerback tank that’s extra long. I’m planning on wearing it to the shower, but I can’t decide what to pair it with! I’m 22, so I don’t want to look overly conservative, but at the same time I live in a really small Texas town where everyone knows my family, and my mom would prefer that I cover my shoulders a little more.
Any suggestions what to pair it with? You have amazing style, and I was hoping you might have some ideas!
