excellent! Now, I know Old Navy sizes tend to run ultra-small (oh, vanity sizing…), so now it’s going to be lots of trial and error to find their version of a 7.

Adorable! I am really curious as to how it fits….sometimes there stuff fits a little bit oddly.

just back from Old Navy to try on and purchase (plus, in stores, it’s also available in olive green): the size S must be equivalent to a 5-7, because it fit v well. The bodice hangs a leeeeetle loose for my taste (I’d rather have the babydoll poof out from a structured top), but all in all, I’m impressed.
I also tried on the XS, which seems to be a sz 3. If you’re any smaller than that, I don’t think this will fit you (but then again, you’re probably used to that with Old Navy sizing).

i tried on the small and that fit. they didn’t have an xs so i can’t compare the two. for sizing comparison, i bought the xs old navy version. (i also found that they were selling the free people knock off at macy’s!) i like both versions! tough decision! maybe both?

^thanks for your feedback. the phone rep at free people said they weren’t in stores! anyhow i just might keep one of each like you said: free people in black an old navy in moss/green.
