ANTM Cycle 9 Winner Theory
I have a theory on who will win America’s Next Top Model Cycle 9. I don’t know why I even watch the show anymore. Blame it on habit and the fact that it runs just before Gossip Girl. Anyhow, onto my theory. It has nothing to do with who I think should win but more to do with that bit at the end when a contestant is booted and her image disappears from the group. Well, I noticed that in this season, the girls who are booted are at the edge of the photo and, so far, those in the middle are the ones who are still in the running (ack! did that just sound like Tyra?). That means that either Chantal or Heather will win. It doesn’t make sense though since Chantal is blonde (majority of ANTM winners are dark haired except for Caridee English who broke the spell when she won cycle 7) and Heather can’t say her lines straight without flubbing them (although come to think of it, Danni Evans was criticized for eating her words during a commercial shoot but she won cycle 6). In short, my theory is hogwash until it’s proven to be true. My gut feel tells me it’s going to be Heather. She is gorgeous, tall and has a story to tell. You know Tyra would exploit that angle because why else did they let Jaslene win? I still don’t understand that one. Update: Well, this week’s episode changes that. If Chantal gets booted next week, there goes my theory!

I used to looovvve ANTM and would wait anxiously to watch the newest episode but it’s gotten to be kind of a joke. I still don’t understand why they keep having new seasons, when the winners from the previous seasons hardly ever get any modeling work and when they do its almost always accompanied by the words “the winner of Americas Next Top Model”. They don’t seem to do any serious work except I know Elyse has been fairly busy over in Hong Kong. Tyra always give hypocritical advice and I’m pretty sure models get to read off teleprompter in commercials like those, they don’t expect you to memorize them. Ahh but I always end up watching haha

Guess last night’s off’ing of Heather changes that. Jaslene was in the bottom right corner (edge) last year.

^yes, the previous seasons did not follow this theory. it’s only this year that i noticed those in the edges of the photo were booted off. so if chantal goes in the next episode, there goes my theory.

Well, Heather got out of the competition last week so I am guessing that with your theory, Chantel will win ? I hope she does ! Or Jenna !
