It seems like it's been happening so much that someone would have made it clear by now that either 1) you can be copied or 2) you cannot be copied so this situation doesn't keep coming up. I'm not saying I like copying, but Forever 21 seems to do it so blatantly that it makes me wonder if they're really doing something wrong (legally)?
