DVF.com Is Not Shipping My Order
Remember DVF.com’s huge sale back in April? Well, I happily (actually, gleefully) placed an order for a wrap dress at 70% off and waited for the day when my shipment would arrive. I heard that DVF.com was inundated with orders so I was willing to wait a little longer than usual. Well, last week was the sixth week since I placed my order so I left a couple of messages and sent an email inquiring about it. I was very patient wasn’t I?
This is DVF.com’s response:
Hello Ms. xxxxxx,
I am very sorry, but we are unable to fulfill this item. We tried to find another Dutch dress at all of our shops, but there are none available.
We did not charge the card.
I sincerely apologize that you had not been contacted about this order.

I am so disappointed! There better not be a dutch wrap dress in “large cube arrow red”, size 4 at Hautelook’s DVF sale and the DVF sample sale in New York tomorrow. Grrr!
