The date is not consistently set. Sometimes it's the last two days...to be sure I would suggest going on the second to last or the last day of the sale. One year they abandoned the practice and prices were the same even on the final day. However, I think they learned a lesson and had a lot of remaining merchandise that they had to re-pack and move again so the next sale saw a return to the final stretch discount.
