Rachel Zoe Wants to Rule the World
Rachel Zoe, stylist to the stars and soon to be reality TV star, wants to rule the world.
She recently chatted with Los Angeles Times and reveals that she’s set to launch her own fashion brand sometime next year: “We’re doing accessories, clothes, everything — we’re going across the board. I always have a lot I want to say, and I think there’s a gap in certain areas [of the fashion market].”
And she’s not content with just influencing what we wear. She’s also bent on getting us to utter catchphrases such as “Shut it down” and “I die” in place of “That’s fierce!”. I bet you Stacy London will be ditching her ubiquitous “Shut up!” and replacing it with “Shut it down!” weeks from now. Ugh! Of course, if you hear Rachel explain it, she says she has no idea why these things come out of her mouth.
Read the whole article here. And don’t forget to set your TiVos. “The Rachel Zoe Project” debuts on September 9 at 11pm on Bravo.
Update: Bravo calls those catchphrases “Zoeisms” and there’s more!
1. “It’s amaaazing.”
2. “I die.”
3. “It’s bananas.”
4. “They’re shutting it down.”
5. “You’re killing me.”
6. “I can’t breathe.”
Can you believe it?
