Old Navy Cashmere Sweaters

I think I went overboard when I purchased 11 cashmere sweaters from Old Navy on Black Friday. They were at on sale at 50% off on that day only and I stocked up even if I wasn’t too sure about the quality. They are thin and not super soft as high end cashmere. I found that the quality varies by color. Sweaters in most of the bright colors like green, bright blue, yellow plus red and black has a rough feel and look. The subdued colors like brown, (off) white, light brown and gray has a softer look and feel. The lightest colors like white and yellow are a bit see through. The fit on all sweaters are great though and they keep you warm. So I stocked up. I got cashmere zip hoodies in gray and white, 2 mock turtleneck sweaters in brown and black, 4 crewnecks in pink, white, black and red, 3 V-Neck sweaters in black, white and light brown. I’ll report back on how they hold up. They probably won’t last forever but at the end of the day, even high end cashmere pills. Cashmere sweaters should be basic winter wear. So if you can get these cashmere sweaters on sale they’re a good buy. Actually, I just found out that they are on sale this weekend only at 40% off. Not 50% off but that’s still a good deal. They’ve been flying off the shelves on Black Friday so I wonder if they have more in stock.
