Please have your selection ready! You must be 18 or older. Your 8 year old did not purchase a product in 1993! Please don’t try to tell me s/he did! We are not stupid. No returns or exchanges. Once you leave the counter…live with your selection!

I understand that you don’t have to have a receipt, but that you do have to sign a paper saying that you purchased cosmetics from one of the defendents during this time. That’s it!

I’m confused at how this will work. Do you have to show a receipt of a purchase you’ve made (and thereby qualifying you as a class member)? Or do you just walk up and say “hey, gimme gimme! I’m a class member!”
