The Americana at Brand Opens Today
The Americana at Brand, an outdoor mixed use development in Glendale, opens today. It’s another Disneyfication of the California shopping experience very similar to The Grove but with luxury apartments and condos. Expect retailer promotions during opening day, including $10-$300 gift cards for the first 200 shoppers at H&M and a free UO/Glendale tote for the first 300 customers at Urban Outfitters.
