Shop at Balenciaga.com

Balenciaga recently launched its e-commerce site where U.S. shoppers can purchase bags, shoes, sunglasses, scarves, belts, key rings and jewelry at the click of a button. Balenciaga is hardly accessible online and only a few upscale brick and mortar stores that carry the label, like Barneys New York, don’t sell them online. And sometimes, when you go to a store that does stock Balenciaga, the selection isn’t extensive.

This is not so great news for those who prefer to keep the brand exclusive. But for those who live in cities where Balenciaga isn’t stocked or for those, like me, who like to plan their purchases by drooling over photos online first, this is fantastic news. When I was shopping for my latest handbag at Barneys last month, I saw a pink giant part time and for a second thought about getting one. But I already had my heart set on Goyard and didn’t have time to think about Balenciaga. Now looking at all these handbags in lots of candy colors makes me want one!

So Balenciaga, it’s about time!
