At Nordstrom Rack: YSL, Kerastase and More

I haven’t been to Nordstrom Rack in ages even though it’s only a hop and a skip from where I work. But when ClosetTherapy posted this, I just had to drop by during my lunch break today. I didn’t have time to check out everything in the five minutes that I was there, but I spotted the following:

Yves Saint Laurent Raspail Cascade-Print Tote $300+ (sorry I forgot the price), about half off the sale price of $746 at Neiman Marcus.

Kerastase Hair Products at $31.97 each (Bain Satin, Chroma Reflect and more)

A chavtastic 100% cashmere Burberry scarf at 60% off which, of course, I got.

There were loads of jeans by Citizens of Humanity, Seven For All Mankind and True Religion and tons of designer sunglasses (sorry, I didn’t get a chance to check out the brand names). I’ll have to drop by again sometime soon to scour the store. Who knows what I’ll find next time.

Yves Saint Laurent Dies at 71

Yves Saint Laurent, the legendary French designer who revolutionized fashion by putting women in pants for evening wear with his iconic “Le Smoking” tuxedo, died Sunday evening in Paris. He was 71.

Let’s take a moment of silence for one of the most influential fashion designers of our time.
